How do I create an account?
Open the Hoopify app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your name, username, email, and password to get started with your basketball journey.
How does the XP and leveling system work?
Complete basketball drills to earn XP points. Every 10 levels unlock new skill tiers. Levels 1-10 are free, while levels 11+ require in-app purchases to access advanced content.
How can I start earning money as a coach?
Go to the Services tab, create your provider profile, set your hourly rates, and list the basketball services you offer (coaching, training, rebounding, etc.). Players can then book and pay for your services.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Service providers receive payments after completing bookings, minus platform fees. In-app purchases use Apple's payment system.
What is the rideshare feature?
Coordinate rides to basketball games, tournaments, and training sessions with other players. Share transportation costs and build community connections.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
Tap the three dots menu on any post or user profile and select "Report". Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund for in-app purchases?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. Contact Apple Support or request a refund through your App Store account settings.
